Tiada sebab lain lagi. Dek kerana kes khalwat dengan Memey Suhaiza hujung bulan lalu, Norman Hakim terpaksa melupakan Gerak Khas apabila Skop Production menamatkan kontrak beliau berkuatkuasa pertengahan Disember ini.

Ironi’nya, Abby Abadi akan di’serap semula ke’dalam Gerak Khas dengan memegang watak sebagai Asisten Supritendan Aleeza. Abby akan memulakan pengambaran watak beliau bermula Januari depan.

Memey Suhaiza juga mengalami nasib yang sama apabila di’gugurkan dari senarai pelakon utama drama berjudul Issandra yang sepatutnya memulakan penggambaran pada awal November lalu.

Mission Accomplish

I'm so happy... I'm so glad... DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY....huahuahuahuahua :p

Actually... my aims... to settle all my credit card... ACCOMPLISH... huahuahuahua... I'm so happy... one of my TARGET for year 2008 is ACCOMPLISH... the best part... I already close my credit cards... huahuahuahuahua :D

When I was at ST*NDARD C***TERED... last wednesday... to close my account... the customer service officer asked me why I wanna close my account... my reason... SIMPLE... TAKUT LAA HUTANG BANYAK-BANYAK... huauahuahuau... then he told me that many people nowadays had closed their credit csrd account... plus... he said... most probably... next year... maybe... the economy growth will slow down... SO... if you have a big debts... you might face a big problem to pay the credit cards...

his opinion was logic... this year... we can hear from the news... too many incidents like credit crisis in USA and terrorist attack... it may influence the economy growth... even though the oil price has goes down... however... we must prepared... the oil price may increase next year... as all the price goes up... you might prone to use the credit cards at the shopping mall... especially when you buy groceries... at the end... your debt will increase and you have to pay more to settle your credit cards...

my stories... I would like to share with you... last time...3 years back... I had 5 credit cards... the limit... up to 5 digits per credit cards... hehehhehehe... I always shopping... as shopping is one of my hobby... at the end... I realized... I don't need too many credit cards... because I will prone to buy things that I do not really need... then... I close my credit cards one by one...from that momments... I aimed to close my credit cards... in 3 years... I managed to pay all the debts in my credit cards... I also close 4 of my credit cards... and only had 1 credit cards.... just for emergency.... but not for shopping.... huahuahuahuhuahua :p

MORAL OF THE STORY... learn from my lesson... don't use credit cards for leisure... for shopping... or for groceries.... use credit cards only for emergency... such as.. car break down... use CASH is better... it just my point of views... Orait :)

So.. it is important to make sure my car is tip top... so I went to the workshop... check my tyre... balancing... allignment... and the most important... car break.... orait... everything is ready... CAMERON HIGHLAND.... HERE WE COME!!!!!

I'm Busy... HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

This week... very hectic life style... I had to redo my research... the whole chapter... chapter 1...2...3...4....and 5... my group had discussion at my house... I really appreciate the sacrifice that they had made to complete the research... and finally... my draft 3 of our reseach is completed today.... just a few adjustment that we had to do... the limits for the word count is 30k.... however my supervisor advice us to make our research less than 29k... a liitle stress for us because from draft 2... the word count was over 30k... after some editting... right now the word count is roughly 29500.... so we had to edit again... and again... and paraphrase the long complicated sentence.... UUUUUUUWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

I plan to go to Cameron Highland this Saturday... ooohhhh... I need some space to relax my mind... then go back to do the research on Monday... and submit it on Tuesday.......... any volunteer to read my research... proof reading before I submit to my lectirer....to adjust the grammar.... huahuahuahua.. if you interested... tell me.... Orait :D

Al-kisahnya, cerita ini sudah lama kedengaran di internet & mulut-mulut kaki gossip se-Malaya. Cuma’nya, baru-baru ini tampil seorang peminat seni tanah air yang membuat pengakuan bahawa cerita Datuk K menghadiahkan sebuah kereta mewah BMW kepada Rozita Che Wan sempena hari lahir beliau tidak lama dahulu adalah benar belaka.

Peminat ini bercerita bahawa sepupu kepada rakan beliau adalah bodyguard kepada Siti Nurhaliza. Bodyguard ini memberitahu yang Siti mengamuk sakan apabila mengetahui yang Datuk K menghadiahkan kereta buat Rozita Che Wan.

Sejak kejadian itu, Datuk K sering mengekori Siti Nurhaliza ke mana sahaja sebagai tanda ambil hati. Itu yang keluar kenyataan ‘99% masa saya di’habiskan bersama Siti Nurhaliza’ dari mulut Datuk K.

I'm very concern with Abby Abadi... well... as everybody know... that NORMAN HAKIM... her husband... really make us feel angry with his action... protect this USELESS women... MIMEY D' BIRAH...

Actually... the main things that I want to highlight here... Norman Hakim knew the consequences of a women after deliver a baby can got this syndrome... postpartum syndrom also known as GILER MEROYAN... I really hate him as he in the CEKEKRAMA of CINTA BATU BELAH... this story very related to the issues of postpartum depression... where SAFFIYAH... got this postpartum depression after delevering his son... FIRKAN... and when the situation were very depressed... the momment that she couldn't eat SATAY RUSA because Firkan eat all of Satay Rusa... SAFFIYAH commit SUICIDE...

Poor Abby that she had to face this terrible momment in her life... actually... I hope that she won't get this syndrome... because it is very severe if diagnosis and treatment were not put in place... in HOLLYWOOD... Gweth Pathrow got this depression and luckily she got family support and treatment for the depression... and BROOKE SHIELD got PSIKOSIS POSTPARTUM after delivery of her baby... and at one time... she wanted to throw her baby out from the window... and she also got proper treatment... another story... this one is hearsay... I heard from my friends... one of my senior got this postpartum depression... she was very intelligent student... however... because of several issues.. family problem... she got postpartum depression and right now she's in HOSPITAL BAHAGIA...

WHAT IS POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION...
It is a form of clinical depression which can affect women, and less frequently men, after childbirth.

SYMPTOM

1. Sadness
2. Hopelessness
3. Low self-esteem
4. Guilt
5. Sleep disturbances
6. Eating disturbances
7. Inability to be comforted
8. Exhaustion
9. Emptiness
10. Inability to enjoy things one previously enjoyed
11. Social withdrawal
12. Low or no energy
13. Becoming easily frustrated
14. Feeling inadequate in taking care of the baby (or feeling like one cannot take care of the baby)
15. Impaired communication in speech and writing
16. Spells of anger towards others
17. Increased anxiety or panic attacks
    

Women need to be taken seriously when symptoms occur. This is a two-fold practice: First, the postpartum woman will want to trust her intuition about how she is feeling and believe that her symptoms are real enough to tell her significant other, a close friend, and/or her medical practitioner; erring on the side of caution will go a long way in the treatment of postpartum syndrome. Second, the people in whom she confides must take her symptoms seriously as well, aiding her with treatment and support. Partners, friends and physicians may notice changes in a postpartum mother that she may not. Knowing that postpartum syndrome is treatable with a variety of methods can make persistence in seeking treatment easier.

PREVENTION
Early identification and intervention improves long term prognoses for most women. Some success with preemptive treatment has been found as well. A major part of prevention is being informed about the risk factors, and the medical community can play a key role in identifying and treating postpartum depression. Women should be screened by their physician to determine their risk for acquiring postpartum depression. Also, proper exercise and nutrition appears to play a role in preventing postpartum, and general, depression.

TREATMENT

• Medical evaluation to rule out physiological problems
• Cognitive behavioral therapy (aka: Psychotherapy)
• Possible medication
• Support groups
• Home visits/Home visitors
• Healthy diet
• Consistent/healthy sleep patterns

Today... I had appointment with my supervisor... regarding my research... well... so many things to do.. a lot of correction... and the write up still need a lot of improvement... if I dream to get A for my research... I must work harder... uuuuuwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... :0

Later... i plan to go to the HOMEDEC... however... it was raining... and quite jam... so... cancel... UUUWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA .... :O

Then... to cheer me up... I had my lunch at McDonald... huahuahuahuahua :D

My sister-in-law called me... she invited us for dinner... well... to celebrate her son achievement in UPSR... my brother was very happy with his son result... so... DINNER at RESTORAN TASIK SHAH ALAM... huahuahuahuaua :D
