Dulu sibuk pasal isu facebook yang akan ditutup akaunnya... maka ramai laa yang mengupdate status masing-masing mengenai isu akaun facebook yang akan ditutup.... walaubagaimanapun... hari ni... sadi terkejut pula baca berita yang menyatakan akaun blogspot akan ditutup sekiranya tidak menggunakan akaun GMAIL... jadi... pengguna seperti sadi yang menggunakan akaun YAHOO... selepas 25 JUNE 2011... blog akan dipadam sekiranya login tidak dimigrate ke akaun gmail...
Oleh kerana sadi tidak pernah membaca email atau notis dari google... sadi rasa pelik pulak kenapa ada isu pasal guna akaun selain dari GMAIL... adakah ini bermakna GOOGLE SEDANG BERMUSUHAN DENGAN PELAYAR YANG LAIN SEHINGGAKAN PENGGUNA BLOGSPOT PERLU MEMILIKI AKAUN GMAIL...So... malam ni sadi buat satu penyiasatan dari mana sumber cerita bermula...
Bila sadi perhatikan... banyak blog yang dah mula buat blogpost mengenai perkara ini... semua refer dari sumber member blog yang lain... dan akhirnya... sadi terjumpa petikan dari sumber google sendiri....

An important note about legacy accounts

(This message only applies to a tiny fraction of users who haven’t logged in to Blogger since 2007. If you’ve logged in to Blogger at least one time since 2007, you won’t be affected and can disregard this message.)
There was a time early on in Blogger’s life where we had our own, custom account system for handling login authentication. Starting in 2006 all new Blogger accounts were created using the official Google accounts system, and then in 2007 we started the process of moving all of our legacy users over to the Google accounts system. Now, four years later, we’re finally at the home stretch of the transition. For a number of technical and operational reasons, we’ve decided to finally end our support for migrating legacy accounts and blogs after June 25th, 2011. So if you have a Blogger account and haven’t logged in since 2007, you will lose access to the account and associated content permanently unless you update to the Google Account system before June 25th.
Updating to the new account system is easy and should take just a few minutes. We really do value all of the content that has been created on Blogger and we hope that as many people as possible will reclaim their blogs. If you’ve been avoiding this task for a while, we encourage you to head over to the Legacy migration page and update your account.
We’ll be sending a similar notice later this week via email to all of the email addresses associated with the legacy accounts we have in our database. In a few weeks we’ll also make another announcement here on Buzz, with more specific updates on the transition.

Isu disini... perlukah sadi ada banyak akaun email dan buka GMAIL semata-mata mengenai perkara ini...
Penyataan yang paling penting pada isu ini ialah "Sekiranya anda pernah login akaun blogger walaupun sekali sejak tahun 2007, notis ini boleh diabaikan."
Dan komen dari admin google mengenai perkara ini:
Some people, when logging in and seeing something about a Google Account, think that it is forcing them to use a g-mail account. They posts something and start the false rumor going. Google Account is a broad term for any account for a Google affiliated product. Blogger and g-mail just are two of those products and two types of Google Accounts. When you are asked for the log in for your Google account, think Blogger account and your yahoo address.
Itu yang sadi faham mengenai khabar ini... so bila kita baca blogpost dari blog tu... kena critical thinking dan jangan sampai salah paham... yang sadi faham mengenai statement dari google... ia sebenarnya hanya nak memadamkan blog yang tidak aktif dan menggunakan sistem lama... tapi buat blog yang masih aktif selepas 2007... notis ini tidak terpakai... ok :D
So... kalau nak tukar kepada GMAIL... takde masalah pun... kalau nak stay akaun selain GMAIL pun boleh... asalkan memang aktif... ok.. peace no war... :)
